He graduated the Philosophy Faculty of the “Al.I.Cuza” University of Iasi, in 2001, in sociology and political science.
He was a Senior Consultant for an international company between 1999 and 2003.
He has been a member of the Romanian Sociology Association since 2000.
He has been a Senior Consultant of CARP Law Office Iasi since 2003.
He has been a Managing Partner of his communication and management counseling Agency, Indra Communications Iasi.
During his career, Dragos Panainte acquired a rich experience in the field of management and international business counseling, and he presently coordinates the counseling department of his office.
His expertise fields include association and commercial law, business administration, mergers and acquisitions, foreign investments law, communications and IT, public procurement, concessions and PPP.
